How do we collect your data?

  • Data is automatically recorded by our IT systems or service providers when the app is used. These are, for example, technical data (e.g. IP address or time of the page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you use our app.

When using the app, personal data can be collected in the following ways in particular:

  • Your data is recorded based on the access rights that this app requires and that you have given us.

3.1 Registration and execution of agency agreements

We collect, process and use your personal data that you voluntarily provided to us when you registered as a user of KAMISADO and by filling out the information in your account, to the extent necessary for the following purposes:

Registration and implementation of agency contracts:

  • Data that you provide when setting up an account or at the latest when purchasing, such as name, email address, telephone number, mobile phone number and postal address.
  • We collect, process and use transaction data relating to your activities in the app
  • Billing and other information you provide when purchasing virtual currency.
  • Data transmitted in the context of community discussions, ratings, chats
  • Connection and usage data of the respective client software

If you voluntarily provide us with further personal data during registration or afterwards, these will also be used to implement the user relationship. All personal data collected during registration and afterwards will be stored by us as long as the registration of the user is active. This is based on our general terms of use.

3.2 Contact

Insofar as users provide us with personal data for the purpose of establishing contact, we only store this data for as long as this is necessary for the purpose of communication, customer contact and project planning / implementation.

The processing of the data entered during registration and contact is based on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time. An informal e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing that has already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data collected during registration and contact will be stored by us as long as you are registered on our website and will then be deleted. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

3.3 Data that is automatically recorded by our systems or contracted service providers.

  • Usage data for using the app
  • Unique device identifiers (e.g. IDFV for iOS devices and Android ID for Android devices)
  • IP address, country of installation (from the IP address) and language
  • Device manufacturer and model plate type (iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, etc.) and operating system
  • Application or bundle identification ("App ID") of the installed product
  • Unique advertising IDs for iOS and Android devices (e.g. IDFA or Android Ad ID)
  • Downloaded content / packages with IP address assignment


IP addresses are stored for 6 months and then deleted. Usage data is stored for a longer period of time in an aggregated and anonymized form.

This data is collected for the purpose of operating and optimizing the app and is based on Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit.

3.3.1 Admob

Google - Admob is a service for providing advertisements. Admob uses the app's device ID and unique advertising IDs to personalize ads.

3.3.2 Unity Ads

Unity Ads is an advertising delivery service. Unity Ads uses the app's device ID and unique advertising IDs to personalize ads.

3.4 Data that is collected based on the access rights that this app requires and that you have given us.

In order to provide our services via the app, we need the access rights listed below, which enable us to access certain functions of your device. Your express consent (opt-in) is required to access this data.

Reason: The content you selected in the app is saved on your device, so the app needs access to your media storage.
