Köttbullar: Swedish meatballs with cranberry compote

Preparation steps

Season the cream with salt and pepper and mix with breadcrumbs, leave to stand for about 10 minutes.
Finely dice the onion, place in a pan and sauté with butter for 3 minutes. Pour into the minced meat and mix with the cream mixture and egg.
Shape the mince into small balls and fry over high heat. Turn down the heat and cook through. Serve with mashed potatoes and cranberries.
