Egg lentils

Only a few ingredients are required for egg lentils, and this dish is quick to prepare and tastes really delicious. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients for 2 servings

250 G Flour
250 ml milk
3 Pc Eggs
1 prizesalt
1 shot Oil, for frying
1 TL sugar
1 Msp baking powder

Recipe preparation

  1. For Egg lentils Beat the eggs in a bowl and whisk well.
  2. Then add salt, milk, sugar, baking powder and flour and mix all ingredients into a smooth batter.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, pour in the dough in portions (preferably with a ladle), spread thinly and bake until golden yellow on both sides over medium heat. Repeat the process until the dough is used up. Add a little oil if necessary.

Tips on the recipe

Egg lentils taste great with applesauce, sugar, jam, nougat cream, cream or a homemade chocolate and nut cream. These can also be served spicy with ham and cheese.
