Company more focused on revenue than on employee
Nice place to work in a life time
Learn the basics
Just go with the process
Always pay less to existing employees .. it's an industry trend
Nice work culture
Life at Infy is not satisfying since there is no work life balance and Government mentality. So unorganized and no process is followed. Politics as usual like anyother IT companies in India. Sleepless nights for a few months in the projects I've done till now. Management never bothers on the health condition.
Things to relax within campus
Long hours of work, no work life balance
It all depends on the project in which you are working. If you are working in the right project and under right manager the company is good. You will enjoy work from home and few other relaxations. Salary is a bit constrain so make sure u get enough raise when u join there. Because you never know if the increment cycle will give you something or not. :)
I joined Infosys in 2014, at "Consultant" level (JL5b), when I was 7yrs experienced System Analyst from my previous company. Then two years later, I was progressed to "Senior Consultant" level (JL5a).

Infosys is great place to work if you want to explore new areas of technical expertise and also grow as a person with collaborative & friendly environment of colleagues, seniors & managers.

When joined, I was experienced in SAP Enterprise Portal technology and was used to work only as a lone contributor, without much of a "team" environment. Now, after 6yrs, I am well versed & experienced in SAPUI5, SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform from technical side and evolved as a Team lead, Project lead, On-site lead, Product Owner.

This gave me the opportunity to work with a team as big as 50, with me as a lead & responsible for 20 developers. This brought out leadership qualities in me and also boosted my problem solving, solution designing.

In Infosys, you are always backed up with help from colleagues from competency level and also you get every support needed from management.

Infosys also offers flexible working hours, ample work from home time to balance your family & work life.

The work & contributions you do, are recognized and awarded by management at regular intervals. Appraisal process is also efficient & transparent.

There are regular trainings happening which help you learn new skills and widen your boundaries.

I love working at Infosys and surely recommend it!
Flexible working hours, collaborative environment, efficient transport services, state of art infrastructure, excellent food quality & varieties in canteens
It is great working with Infosys. The work culture is the best ever culture i have experienced so far. Management support and learning opportunity was higher. Great company to work as a fresher as it provides best training in the industry which helps you to deal with the actual business work easily
This company is only good in bringing slaves on-site, managers have no knowledge about work being done

You are expected to slog 18-20 Hours a Day. Impossible deadlines to achieve, sales and delivery teams are not aligned
HR Department is only for name sake.

Avoid this company at all cost.
Good facilities for training and learning. Excellent infrastructure. Salary is more or less same as that of it's competitors. Allows work from home for 9 days in a month.
